Hey there,

I'm Susan Boles, and I'm so glad you stopped by Beyond Margins. If you're feeling overwhelmed by your business finances or just plain stuck, you're in good company. I started Beyond Margins because I know firsthand how confusing and stressful it can be to manage a business. Whether it's figuring out cash flow or deciding how to grow without burning out, I've been there.

My background is a bit all over the place... in a good way! I’ve held everything from military roles right out of college to managing budgets of $100M as a CFO. I’ve been a COO for high-growth companies across industries like tech, marketing, and education, and I’ve even owned and operated four businesses myself. This mix of experiences has given me a unique perspective on what really works in business... and what doesn’t.
